All of our properties are located near Southeastern Louisiana University. Southeastern Louisiana University is the 3rd largest university in the state and offers over 150 majors, minors, and concentrations. Southeastern stands apart from other universities by offering a more personal relationship between student and faculty with a 20 to 1 student faculty ratio. The campus itself has many new buildings and beautiful landscaping. Most of our properties are less than one mile from the campus which is perfect for not only students, but anyone who would like to enjoy the campus. Since Southeastern is a public university it is open to anyone who wants to enjoy a walk under the oak trees or join the many joggers on a beautiful sunny day.

Historic Downtown Hammond

The city of Hammond was founded in 1899. Since then Hammond has grown and has an estimated population of more than 20,000 people. Although it has grown, Hammond is still nothing short of charming. The Historic District is located in Downtown Hammond, LA. People love walking through the Historic District to see the architecture as many of the buildings were built anywhere from 1880 to 1944. The Historic District is a must visit in Hammond. From the different architecture to the history, there is so much to see.
